At Vedika Fashions, we aim to provide high-quality clothing products and a smooth shopping experience to our customers. Every product is thoroughly inspected before dispatch. However, in rare cases, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a return or refund facility as per the policy mentioned below.
Return Eligibility
A product will be eligible for return only if:
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- An unboxing video or clear images are shared as proof
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products purchased during sale, discount, or clearance
- Customized or altered clothing
- Innerwear, accessories, or hygiene-related items
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must:
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share proper photo/video proof of the issue
Without valid proof, the return request may be rejected.
Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
